There's hope for everybody.

There's hope for everyone its stated.
Hope to live, hope to truly be, hope to not drown, hope to not seem so invincible to self, to become alive through the many imperfections, to live through the tough times, hope to be an extrovert and indulge in the self growth that we so much need to have.

Numb it may seem to truly see the various cosmic blessings that comes one's way. Where are these thoughts from. Are you reading a history of an individual writing or are you reading words written by a conqueror. Deep it might sound but one can't transfer emotions, intellectual thoughts or ideas the same way they are in the mind intended to come out. Hush, they say, still wondering who 'they'came from. Why does 'they' have so much on me, so much as to try control how I think or act in a situation. Why is 'they'such a strong persona that we try to please and uphold in our lives, why, I ask why!

Its funny how humans are only born with one fear-the fear of falling, but we end up falling for so many things that seem clear. Did we fall for fools gold only to have rugs, what is fools gold? Are our eyes blinded? Are my eyes blinded, oh wait, am wearing spectacles, "Uuuh, spectacles don't give you vision or clear the sight." They said. Here we go again with 'they'. Is this a script? So many questions linger, so many thoughts, so many dropping in the head which makes it seem am a loner in the head.

Cry, scream or jump off a plane, sky dive and not fear the awesome air. Adventure and become more of whom you are meant to be, take risks, but then again, nothing will happen if I don't move. Am truly coming to see the meaning and purpose of life. My life in the porters hands, Love is on my side!

The Voice of Silence

I want to be like Jesus, deeper in my heart/

Silence!
I say silence!
Silence in the courts, silence in the church, silence in the fellowships, silence in the morning, silence in the night, silence in the quite times, silence in the suffering, silence to not grow!

How silence shouts in our midst, how silence quiets us in not talking of our issues, how foolish we let the silence of sinning control us by not being sharpened. How silence just takes control of our situations while we still stand gazing not knowing what to do next, how to react to our claim to freedom, how to know that freedom isn't free, how to realise that when we keep silent, no help will be given. How i have kept silent in the sinning-economical. How would sin be economical, it can be if you sin behind the curtains, where you are in your comfort zone, how we can never be seen, how the shadows only know the true you that you don't wear a mask to.

When will the silence end, i always ask the silence, it responds to me in keeping quite. When will the addictions take off its cords and move on, move on to never holding on, move on to never come back, move on to let the change be, let the change engulf the personality, let change be constant. But am reminded that iron sharpens iron, am reminded that God can't give you what you cannot handle, am reminded that it is better to share, it is better to not grieve the spirit, it is better to know the son, the son that sets everything free, the son that is all and in all. The son who was there in the beginning.

How am reminded that i should have joy in troubled times, when all the suffering through grace brings persistence, how persistence brings character, how character brings maturity as a christian. Oh my soul, rejoice, rejoice, rejoice. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. How silence won't take hold of me being sharpened in Christ, how i won't let silence be the determiner of my happiness, how silence won't take captive of me, the freedom that comes with the fight, i see silence not taking root, how silence wont take hold in the storehouses, in the quite times, in the midst of fellowship, in the midst of interraction between brethren, how i need to repent of my sins everyday, carry the cross on my back and follow Christ, when even Daniel the prophet used to confess his sins yet he was chosen, how to chase perfection with broken feet and how to heep my way pure by living according to the word of God.

All in all, perfection is what needs to be attained, even if its not able to, done is better than perfect.

May the peace that transcends all human understanding be with you all the days of your life as your character is made in suffering for your maturity.

The voice of silence! 

Quiz It Up!

I thought I understood it, being saved and all, but there’s an instance that I didn’t have a clue as to how to move on from there. It got me wondering what I’m doing and all that am heading to attain. The funny thing is that am so comfortable with the experience and exposure that comes with being a Christian. The gung ho that is achieved is life changing, eternal and quite the best choice the far that I have seen-actually have been let to see.

As a Christian, one needs to sacrifice the pleasures of the world. Ultimately fight for your freedom that was, is and will be found in Christ. Freedom isn’t free I am convinced. Apart from that, study in how to know the Christian lifestyle to fully understand the true apologetics of why this is the most challenged religion in the whole universe.

The reason I stumbled on the idea of posting this read is to really ask you and challenge you as to the standing that you took to challenge the evil powers in following Christ, like a bride her groom. The bold question is, ‘What does God seek for the people who invite him in their lives?’ Using the following excerpts: John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:19 & Revelation 3:20. And through the latter verses, ‘How do the statements affirm God’s desire to establish a permanent relationship with us?’

These are some of the questions that really make you want to know the whole purpose of the conversion of a sinner.

Thoughts

The pain of staying the same or changing to the circumstance, the direction to take on an ever changing world, being faced up with the same challenge that you are now farmiliar with. Or is it fear that you have not come to terms with and not yet conquered. That's the difference, aint it? That farmiliar challenges are fears that one has come to know throuh one's life. Maybe maybe not. But what plagues more, to be more comfortable with the fear or rise up and challenge to a different wake of events and realisation. 

Lets look at the beauty of rising up against the fear. One will arise to a different mindset in the order of events that he or she was used to, gaining a different insight and helping others in the similar situation. Likewise, if one doesn't arise to this fear, he or she will insight others to this same situation. The difference is the same but one wolf will be more fierce than the other depending on what situation is fed more on that! 

Slight thoughts, words down, same as the one the maker created the world with. Glory to the father in heaven.

Now, hope you guys are fine and the,Lord has kept you well so far. Its yet another time that I get to share what has been revealed to me thus far. But,I have been great, thanks for asking 😉.

I'm on bed now, not sleeping as you might think, I wish but my body won't allow such, it holds itself with esteem to choose not to be lazy as at this awesome time of the day, but I may shut down in a while. Not revealing the exact time for that. I am on bed after going to church. Phenomenal I tell you. But the, again I want to,listen to Social Club's am loosing sleep. Its a catchy song and being a hip hop head I think I may head on and listen to it.

Ooh, the echo is coming from my new place, first one actually. People are growing up. Yeeez!!! Now back to business, spiritual business.

The last time I did a post was on the topic of obedience. A topic that ought to be observed by every Christian in the wake of overcoming sin and living to please God in all the deeds one is involved in. It is hard but nothing good comes easy and God doesn't do shortcuts. He is that legit! I serve a legit God, best recognize, which follows that I should be legit too, no compromise on how I should react and be in a christian kind of way. 2nd Corinthians 7:1 says " Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God." Now how do we do this if we do not have guidance from our heads, those are people who have understanding of God's reverence. But then again, Paul struggled that Christians may meet and grow as a community in the Church. So we go,and find these leaders that have been given revelation of the many mysteries that God has revealed to them. Where am I going with this you ask? Well I have a problem with people who do not go to church, the bible has said that we do not give up meeting up , in fellowship in church at our homes and so on. I say this because I used to be like that, but I didn't like it because I was dying as a christian. Becoming more of the world than of Christ. The church is even described as Christ's bride, how is it that we now start abandoning the bride of Christ our saviour? Its where we get food for our soul other than Quiet Time, Bible Study, Kesha's (overnight fellowships), prayer services, home fellowships and finally evangelism. Haven't covered all of them though.

So the act of obedience start from understanding who Christ our saviour is and what is duly His.

Am starting a new direction now, in-dependency in action now. Lets pray for each other just as iron sharpens iron. Read in the word more and make a comment below if I portray any bible alterations. OBEDIENCE

What is obedience?

The following definitions are derived from the universal meaning of the above term;

*the trait of being willing to obey

*the act of submitting: usually surrendering power to another

*the act of obeying; dutiful or submissive behaviour with respect to another person

I wont be dealing with the universal use of the term rather will be looking at this in the perspective of Christianity, as my reference and my choice.

Why Choose Obedience?

This topic came to me in a way that inspiration comes. I was in a fellowship at Nairobi Cinema and the Holy spirit convicted me to actually being involved in the the deed itself and pull someone to the truth of it. So, to out it straight, i didn't choose this, i just followed on the conviction and God made it simple for me to obey. See how all these works tend to inter twine though different. Something like different body parts and function but one same body. None is more important than the other because they all have different functions. This followed through in the way that two missionary personnel-sisters, all the way from Houston, Texas had come to my country to spread the holy gospel. That not being the helm, one of them was engaged pre-arrival to Kenya and was on the way to her wedding ceremony but chose to come and evangelize for the gospel. Now that is obedience! This made me see that the spirit was right as always is. 

This conviction came at a fellowship not that there was an alter call, but i haven't been obedient towards Christ. I was taking a christian walk of searching for a means to an end.

What does the bible say of obedience?

The following are excerpts from the holy bible of the topic. I used the NIV bible translation for the verses.

Exodus 19:5

Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine.

Deutronomy 11:1

Love the Lord your God and keep His requirements, His decrees, His laws and His commands always.

Joshua 5:6

The Israelites had moved about in the wilderness forty years until all the men who were of military age when they left Egypt had died, since they had not obeyed the Lord. For the Lord had sworn to them that they would not see the land that He had solemnly promised their ancestors to give us, a land flowing with milk and honey.

John 14:15

"If you love me, keep my commands

John 15:9

As the father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

You are my friends if you do what I command

He replied," Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."

God "will repay each person according to what they have done." To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honour and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and danger.

Romans 5:19
For just as through disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

2 Corinthians 10:5
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Ephesians 6:1-3
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right "Honor your father and mother"-which is the first commandment with a promise. So that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life
on Earth.

Colossians 3:22
Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it,not when their eye is on you and to carry their favour, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord.

Hebrews 13:17
Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who might give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.

James 1:25
But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it-not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it-they will be blessed in what they do.

As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.

And this is love; that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love

This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus.

Changes

Its been a while since I updated info or anything here. I've been great though, glory to God and honour. hope and pray I can say the same for you and all that has happened in your life since. Its amazing how God works, where he literally sows good where evil amounts. I say this in full regard to my life as I see it and as well as how Jesus explained to how testifying goes in the book of John. First in the sense of faithfulness. If its one thing God is good at, its that-He knows how to entice you with that gift.

Away from bush beating! by the show of hands who among you has secrets, those that you know you cannot spill out to even your close friends in your life. Well I hope that you find enough courage in you to actually let it fall on the right hands or heart rather. Why say this without any context you ask? I am saying this in reference to full reverence to being committed to the life of salvation that is provided through grace. God desire that we give our full selves to his will, just like Jesus did to the church. How can you give yourself fully if you are having flaws with you. It starts with a familiar statement that we are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image. Much as we are God's image doesn't mean we are precisely him. Think God was dumb making humans with defects? No, he wasn't. His plan was to make known of his works through our strengths and our weaknesses. aha, does something come to your mind when I state that-Paul the apostle. How do I start with faithfulness then drift to weaknesses as an F14 plane breaks the sound barrier? well in testimony to my life I would answer. Being involved with the world is hard business in a Christian look but if you have grace provision backed by sound doctrine in the sense of word background as well as prayer, what there to fear. its tough to remain committed but once you look at the life that we live, it makes sense before starting to look at the fruits of following that life-Christianity.

 I am human just the way you and others are, prone to make mistakes and errs. but the more we cling onto that then becomes a barrier to us moving forward-forward in overcoming that same barrier to be great in His name. Nothing can stay hidden forever. Light shines on darkness and brings life with it.
Real sense in writing all of this? Christ died on the cross for all our sins and strings. He did that that we may have life in abundance and in him. Much that we may be struggling with each of our shortcomings, there's hope in Christ, there's love that never run out, there's grace provided-an other realm of unmeasured provision, there's a helper provided after Jesus ascended-Holy Spirit, there's sweet victory in salvation, there's no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, stand your ground against the evil one and his ways and keep watch as you fight the good fight. I pray that as you read this that you may realise and come clean to God regarding your secrets and closets that you wish to hide. I pray that favour may be upon you and that you may learn to know and forgive yourself to move on much. Be wise and let Jesus carry all that load for you to have peace much as you may have personal turmoil.
